Cash, stock, the monthly close and a sales system that works. For founders who need an operator, not another agency. Two seats at a time.

Acumen Academy, Fellow profileEvery offer has a price on this site. No hourly meter running in the background, no surprise invoice.
You talk to the person who runs the audit and writes the findings. Nothing is handed to a junior you never meet.
Findings come ranked by what they are worth and what they cost to fix, so you know where to start on Monday.
My first job is running businesses. That keeps the advice honest, and it keeps the client list short.
No. Dhaka evenings are US mornings, so calls land in your working day. Audits and reviews are written, so most of the work never needs both of us awake at once.
No. It was my MBA summer internship in product marketing, in 2022. I say so wherever it appears. My full-time US roles were at ABB Optical and Trackonomy.
Running businesses is my main job, and it is the reason the advice works. It is also why I take few clients: two operating partner seats at a time and a handful of audits a month, all at fixed prices.
No layers and no office to pay for. You work with me, and I use AI to do the slow analysis faster. The price is lower. The rigour is not.
Ask me on the free call, and I will say so plainly if I have not. The audits are run on a live seven-store brand, I have launched a product into US enterprise buyers, and my agency ran campaigns for brands from Dell and Aarong to UNDP.
Every engagement has a fixed scope and a written result you keep. The DTC Leak Audit carries a guarantee: if it cannot show $25,000 a year you can recover, you get the fee back.
Access is read-only. Nothing is published to your live store without your written yes. I never touch patient data. Any customer data you share is used only for your work and deleted after, and I am happy to sign your NDA.
I grew up in Dhaka and started my first business, a college admissions prep school, in 2009. In 2013 I co-founded WebAble, a digital agency, and ran it as CEO for eight years, through a staff walkout, a pandemic and a bank that pulled our credit line. We kept every client and grew to eighty people.
Then I went to Wharton, and worked in product marketing and go to market in the US, at ABB Optical and at Trackonomy. In 2025 I moved home to build. Today I run Luminthir, which builds and operates consumer businesses in Bangladesh, and I am Operating Partner at Shape.
Wharton MBA, 2023. Acumen Fellow, 2021. University of Dhaka.

I write on LinkedIn about cash, operations and AI in small businesses.
The first call is free and takes thirty minutes. Bring the problem. You leave with an honest read, whether or not we work together.
I reply to every email myself.
