Sourcing and demand tests
Most product mistakes happen before the order is placed: the wrong factory, the wrong price, the wrong name. I built these tools to stop making them at Shape, and now run them for other brands.
For each style you send, up to three factory listings that make the same design, with the link, the price at minimum order, and an honest grade.
Up to three graded matches per style, with links and prices.
Fifteen styles, one sheet, ready for your sampling round.
A private test shop for about 75 of your own buyers. Each gets a pretend budget. Prices and names are tested in hidden arms, and the shop records what they would order first.
It tells you which styles to buy, the price your buyers will pay, and the words that sell. Pretend money flatters demand, so every test ends with a small deposit pre-order to confirm it.
Your styles on a private test page, about 75 of your buyers, and a readout of what to buy, at what price, under what name.
Factory Match on your styles, samples to photograph, then the Test Sprint.
Source and Test, then the first order and the launch page, with me beside you through it.
The question that decides if this works for you: can you get 75 of your buyers onto a page this week? For apparel, modest wear, accessories and home. Not lingerie, because I operate a lingerie brand. Research only: I do not place orders on your behalf.
A phone guide to the fair, built for a buyer on the floor: tagged booths, routes, phrase cards, the price to beat for each product, and a booth log. Built and used live in autumn 2026.
The pack, plus a live WhatsApp desk through the fair for questions on the floor.
The first call is free and takes thirty minutes. Bring the problem. You leave with an honest read, whether or not we work together.
I reply to every email myself.
